This policy explains what Nine Doors ([LEGAL ENTITY], "we") collects when you use our website and apps, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name and email address.
• Project details you enter: title, format, genre, stage, budget, financing secured, location, dates, readiness items, and your financing questions.
• Purchase records: plan, amount, and status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Basic usage events (for example, which page sections were viewed) to improve the product.

How we use it

• To generate and update your financing roadmap and show it in your dashboard.
• To send sign-in codes, roadmap emails, and, for Pro, to schedule your strategy call.
• To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting, database, sign-in, and email.
• Stripe — payments.
• Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with them.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all project data at any time from Account → Delete account in the app or website. Payment records held by Stripe are retained as the law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will respond within 30 days.
