What Nine Doors is — and isn't

Nine Doors provides planning information, not legal, tax, securities, or investment advice. Estimates are indicative; confirm with qualified professionals before raising or committing capital.

Nine Doors does not offer, sell, or broker securities, and does not introduce you to investors. Any decision to raise or commit capital is yours.

Plans and payment

  • The Fit Snapshot is free.
  • Plus and Pro are one-time purchases per project, charged in U.S. dollars through Stripe.
  • Pro includes a specialist review and one 45-minute strategy call, scheduled by email after purchase.
  • Refunds: if your full roadmap hasn't been delivered, or within 14 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied, email [CONTACT EMAIL].

Your content

You own the project information you submit. You give us permission to process it to provide the service. Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, submit false or unlawful content, or attempt to access other people's data.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
