Delete your account

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete permanently.

It happens straight away and can't be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email ninedoorsco@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What's deleted

• Your sign-in account, name and email address.
• Every project: its details, roadmaps, cover and poster images, team members, tracked pursuits and their history, and purchase records.
• Intakes you sent before creating an account, under the same email.
• Our team's notes, tasks and emails about you, and your notification settings.

What's kept

• Payment records held by Stripe (website purchases), Apple or Google (app purchases), as tax and accounting law requires. We can't delete those, and they don't include your project.
• Plans bought in the apps stay with your App Store or Google Play account, but the projects they unlocked are gone.
