- What is Nine Doors?
- A financing roadmap for independent films: which of the nine funding doors fit your project, what to do first, and the grants, programs and incentives open to it.
- How do I sign in?
- With your email and password, a one-time code we email you, or Apple or Google. The code email also has a link you can tap instead of typing the code.
- I bought Plus or Pro on one device. How do I get it on another?
- Sign in with the same account: plans belong to the project, wherever you open it. In the iPhone or Android app, Account → Restore purchases unlocks anything bought with your App Store or Google Play account.
- How do refunds work?
- Website purchases: email ninedoorsco@gmail.com within 14 days. Purchases in the apps are refunded by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (your Google Play order history), under their policies.
- How do I turn off reminders and notifications?
- Account → Emails for reminder emails, and Account → Notifications (or your phone's settings) for app notifications.
- How do I download or delete my data?
- Account → Your data downloads a copy. Account → Delete account removes everything; see deleting your account for what that covers.
- Is this legal or investment advice?
- Nine Doors provides planning information, not legal, tax, securities, or investment advice. Estimates are indicative; confirm with qualified professionals before raising or committing capital.
